THE SECOND BRAIN

HermesVault · ~144 skills · 2,400+ Markdown notes · 20 agent seats · one folder nobody owns.

Plain Markdown. No vector DB. No lock-in. Query cites the note. CORRECTIONS records the L. Lint keeps the graph honest.

Components

BRAIN.md · INDEX.md — The hub. Holographic shared state every seat reads first.
Second-Brain OS · 41 skills — Not a plugin — the operating system over the folder.
CORRECTIONS.md — What the AI got wrong. The whole reason the system is worth anything.
Numbered lanes · 137 folders — Work that can be grepped, not vibes that live in chat.
20 agent seats — Same notes. Different jobs. Nobody owns the folder.
Trading journal & receipts — The folder that teaches you how to trade also remembers you lost.
Vendor survival — Grok access ended. The brain stayed.
Capture → lint → index loop — How a fact actually gets in without rotting.
