Day 2 is the coding pack. code-server :8443. LibreChat :3080. AnythingLLM :3002 (not :3001). Lobe :3210.

Day 3 is memory and workflow. Qdrant, Chroma, n8n, Meilisearch, Mongo, Postgres. Then the desk: VS Code, Continue against 127.0.0.1:1234/v1, Grok, Hermes. One compose. One GPU. Do not bounce qwen.

EOW 1 you understand why it is one compose and one GPU, and why alternate-inference stays off on a 12 GB card.
