Silicon Valley turned its back on the American worker. Palantir is putting the tools back. I am that worker: Wisconsin. Oils plants. Fabs. Bakeries. A GPU in the garage. Twenty years of live operations, then two years teaching myself Docker, WSL, Python, and agents until the numbers showed up in SQLite. You asked for hungry builders. I am not adjacent to the AI era. I am already in it — and I want your stack, not a toy.
The fellowship is unpaid, remote, 12 weeks, 5–10 hours, two weeknights, starting 15 September 2026, with Ontologize, toward AIP/Foundry certification. Exceptional performers interview at Palantir or partners. I am not here for a stipend. I am here to crush the cohort, earn the cert, and walk through that door. Palantir is a software provider, not a data broker. I have spent twenty years inside other people’s plant data and left it theirs. I want to make it operational on Foundry and AIP — ontology, not a dashboard.
You listed signals. I have them without padding. Four or more years on a factory floor: I have twenty. Cargill oils plants — business analyst overseeing plant ERP implementation. Horizon Milling — time-dimension production visibility so accounting could see the floor, CFO Award 2005. Dawn Foods 8 hours to under 1. Micron: connected the fabs. Mercedes +200%. Garage shop: Class B fireworks shooter, $800K+ seasonal inventory, no second take. Then I put a 4070 in the garage and measured ~27× local decode after GPU routing. Linux shell, Git, Docker, WSL — daily. Python and SQL — production. Messy CSV, unofficial specs, iterate anyway — 19 of 20 crisis accounts recovered. Milwaukee: three months dark, two days, one buried DB2 driver. I will not fake Verilog. I will learn whatever the plant needs. That is the hunger you asked for.
