Two years of laydown. Not idle — a rebuild. I stood up the lab, measured it, published it, and set one goal: put that stack on American operations that still run on journals, SOAP, and tribal knowledge. Warp Speed is that job.
The rebuild
Off the conveyor on purpose. Agents, bounded MCP, inference that reports numbers. Same diagnostic playbook as the parachute years. New substrate.
The situation
U.S. person. Wisconsin home. High autonomy. 25% travel is below the tempo I already lived. Hybrid New York + customer sites: I show up on the floor.

Available now. Not splitting attention with a job I am trying to leave. Ready to go in alone and come back with something that runs.
Hour one on the floor
I do not ask for a clean schema. I walk the line, find the unofficial definition of a good part, and pull the journal the MES does not see. What broke last Tuesday at 2 a.m. is the ontology. Warp Speed’s job is to make that ontology executable. That is the work I already do.
Two days, not three months
Milwaukee insurer: platform dark for three months. I closed it in two days — one buried IBM DB2 driver setting. Palantir calls it increasing the pain threshold. I call it reading the evidence before touching the config. The line does not care about your architecture diagram.
