What you learn · day by day
Days 1–3 are the stand-up. You implement the stack. The next 18 days are how you learn it: same compose, same network, same GPU, until you can teach the stand-up without notes.
Day 1 · Chat path
Bring UNIFIED up as chat. tabby-tavern-qwen on :1234 is the engine. Open WebUI :3000 is daily chat. SillyTavern :8000 is the tavern. MCPO :8001 is the tool bridge. SearXNG :8080 is search. You learn the path a prompt takes from a UI to qwen and back. You do not stand up a second engine.
Day 2 · Coding pack
Add the desk on the same engine. code-server :8443, LibreChat :3080, AnythingLLM :3002 (not :3001), Lobe :3210. You learn how a coding UI talks /v1 at qwen. AnythingLLM sits on :3002 so it does not collide with a reserved port. Continue uses the same contract later.
Day 3 · Memory and workflow
Hang state off the stack. Qdrant :6333–6334, Chroma :8005, n8n :5678, Meilisearch :7700, Mongo :27017, Postgres :5432. Desk: Continue, Hermes, Grok against local qwen. You learn where memory lives. You do not bounce qwen to “fix” a UI.
What you learn · week by week
Week 1 · EOW 1
One compose. One network. One GPU. Alternate-inference profile stays off. You learn why a second compose fights for VRAM, and you keep UNIFIED as the live stack. Days 4–7 are reps on the chat path with the engine left running.
Week 2 · EOW 2
Every UI shares /v1 to qwen. You can name the contract. You can explain why AnythingLLM is :3002. You do not add a second model server to make a UI “feel faster.”
Week 3 · EOW 3
Operate. Ship hunt and packets. Keep STATUS honest. Teach the 3-day stand-up. You learn to run it, not just boot it. If you cannot teach Day 1–3, you are not done.

Optional add-ins · after day 21
Not in the 21. Do these only after you can teach the 3-day stand-up with UNIFIED still up and qwen not bounced.
- Alternate-inference profile. Stays off for the 21. After that you can turn it on as an add-in. It is not a second live stack during the learn.
- More UIs on the same /v1. Hang another client on qwen. Do not stand up another model server to make it feel faster.
- Deeper memory. More n8n / Qdrant / Chroma work once Day 3 is boring. Still do not bounce qwen.
- Second operator. Teach someone else Days 1–3. If they need a second compose, you taught it wrong.
